  • Tips for Developing In-house Training (PCI, Payment Acceptance, Cash handling, etc.)
For the past 16 years schools from across the country have attended the annual PCI DSS Workshop to keep up on what is happening in the payment card industry, learn how it affects higher education, meet solution providers, and network with other schools on ways to reduce risks and lessen compliance burdens. Last May we announced the enhancement of our mission from PCI to also include broader payment topics. We are pleased to announce that The Payments Academy Conference will feature two tracks packed with content; the Payment Trends and Technology Track and the PCI Workshop Track. Registered attendees will have access to either track and can pick and choose the sessions they want to attend. PCI Workshop Track:This highly interactive track is focused on PCI and data security regulatory topics. Sessions are designed to foster small and large group discussions, brainstorming, and idea sharing. Payment Trends and Technology Track: Higher education professionals often find themselves contending with multiple platforms for incoming and outgoing payments. Sessions in this track will focus on learning about the rapidly evolving payments landscape, and ways to simplify the payment processing environment on campus.
